The company

DEBTVISION is a  digital platform for a new way of corporate finance.

Founded in 2018 as a subsidiary of the market leader for Schuldscheindarlehen, the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW), DEBTVISION aims to become a leading European marketplace for corporate finance.

The broad corporate customer and investor network as well as the product know-how and the quality and service promises of LBBW are the best prerequisites for realizing our vision.

Christoph Steinbrich
Managing Director

Christoph is a longtime and experienced capital market expert with a focus on debt products. He began his career in the corporate customer business of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg. In 1999, he moved to LBBWs Capital Markets division, where he structured and set up securitization transactions and platforms as the responsible project manager. In 2011, Christoph joined the corporate debt origination team and advised capital market-oriented companies on the issue of bonds and Schuldscheindarlehen.

Christoph developed the vision and business model of DEBTVISION. On July 1st of 2018, Christoph was appointed Managing Director of DEBTVISION GmbH.

Oliver Finkenauer
Senior Management

Oliver began his career in the corporate investment management division of LBBW, where he was responsible for various M&A transactions. After moving to the bank’s corporate strategy unit, he was initiator and project manager for the bank’s digitization strategy. In addition to designing numerous digital initiatives, Oliver founded LBBW’s first group-wide digitization unit – the LBBW DigitalHub. Most recently, Oliver led the strategic project “digital platform” that eventually led to the founding of DEBTVISION GmbH.

Oliver is responsible for business development and digitalization at DEBTVISION.

Pascal Sturm
Product Owner

During his studies in Economics & Finance, Pascal majored in Numerical Finance and Statistics of Financial Markets. At the same time, he was involved in the conception and programming of data automation and analysis tools at various financial service providers. On top of that, he gained great experience in processing and analysing large datasets in the course of two national research projects while he was employed as assistant at the chair of Statistic, Econometrics and Quantitative Methods.

At DEBTVISION, Pascal is responsible for the overall quality assurance of the platform and the continuous improvement of the platform along customer feedback.

Andreas Safar
Lead Product Owner

In the 2000s Andreas led several international ERP and PLM implementations to success as a link between IT, business and external partners. In the 2010s, the focus as Product Owner was on the development and international rollout of several native iOS/Android apps and web platforms. He was also involved in the development of the Mercedes EQS in the role of Agile Coach, among others, where he provided strategic project leadership and empowered various teams and initiatives to apply agile methods and design thinking to achieve their goals.

As Lead Product Owner, Andreas is responsible for the product goals and the product backlog across all development teams.

Pinar Cavdar
Organization & Processes

After completing her commercial education, Pinar studied Business Administration and specialized in finance and accounting as well as operational functions. For over 10 years, she is working in the finance and administration area and has thereby established extensive expertise in accounting and finance, cash management and reporting.

At DEBTVISION, Pinar is the central contact for all organizational issues. In addition, she is responsible for cash management and is the internal interface to our service providers for payroll accounting.

Fabian Herbert
Markets Lead

Fabian graduated from the University of Bayreuth with a Master’s degree in Economics and gained experience in the financial industry during his studies. In Corporate Debt Origination at LBBW, he accompanied international companies in debt financing via the capital market. There, Fabian was also involved in the first ever promissory note loan issued on a blockchain. Most recently, he worked in auditing for banks and was able to expand his knowledge in the areas of accounting, controlling and compliance.

Fabian is responsible for the Markets division at DEBTVISION. Here he is responsible in particular for the support of investors, LBBW and other customers.

Carolin Bruder
Marketing & Communications

Carolin started her professional career in 2008 with an apprenticeship at LBBW. After her bank training, she worked in the Corporate Debt Origination department.
She then studied International Business in the Netherlands and graduated with a Master’s degree in Brand Management from Lund University in Sweden. In her previous positions Carolin gained valuable experience in supporting and advising international colleagues, partners and clients as well as in close cooperation with service providers and agencies.

At DEBTVISION, Carolin is responsible for the support of investors, LBBW and other clients. Furthermore, she is co-responsible for the area of marketing and communication.

Ricco Schwarz
UX/UI Design & IT

Ricco has several years of experience in IT project management in digitization topics and UX / UI design. Most recently, he was responsible for the introduction of robotic process automation at LBBW and worked on blockchain and DLT topics at the interface to IT.

Ricco is responsible for UX / UI Design at DEBTVISION. He cares about the presentation of DEBTVISION brand in all areas.

Florian Hohaus
IT Development

Florian began his professional career with an apprenticeship as an IT specialist at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg. Afterwards he worked for more than five years in a small company where he was responsible for various projects. These were mainly focused on the optimization of route planning and the complete order management for sales representatives of a large automotive expert company.

At DEBTVISION Florian is responsible for the backend development of the digital platform.

Johannes Förstner
IT Development

Johannes studied software development and computer science and has seven years of professional experience in the development of various applications in the automotive environment, including web-based & cloud-based applications.

At DEBTVISION, Johannes is a frontend/fullstack developer on the platform.

Pascal Weiß
IT Development

Inspired by the successful release of several iOS apps, Pascal studied computer science at the HTW-Berlin and the University of Stuttgart. Here he focused on Big Data Processing, Machine Learning and Cloud Computing. He was already able to deepen his experience in these areas during his studies as a software engineer at a company that offers a global platform for data-driven native advertising. With the help of cluster computing and machine learning, he developed various analysis and monitoring systems for the company’s Big Data Pipeline, which are used for instance to find anomalies or to optimize marketing campaigns.

Pascal’s focus at DEBTVISION is the technical development of the platform. Together with his development team he is responsible for the implementation and design of the backend code.

Alexander Weichart
IT Development

During his studies of Media Informatics at the University of Regensburg, Alexander was actively involved in the PDA research group at the chair. In his spare time, he also implemented several open source projects, which he now uses and maintains together with the community, especially on the topics of knowledge graphs, personal knowledge management and large language models.

In his role as Junior Full-Stack Developer at DEBTVISION, Alexander focuses on the technical development and integration of the product.

Michael Weinzierl
IT Development

Michael studied business informatics at the DHBW Baden-Württemberg. At the same time, he worked for a large company in the telecommunications industry, where he was primarily involved in the development of extensions for a web-based call center platform. His activities covered the entire spectrum of software development, from conception to continuous optimization.

His tasks at DEBTVISION include the further development of the DEBTVISION platform in both the front-end and back-end areas.

Matthias Wirth
IT Development

After studying media technology at the Technical University of Ilmenau, Matthias worked as a service manager and operations engineer for a large German eReading platform. In addition to the availability of the platform, he also focused on topics in the areas of CI/CD, automation and developer toolchain.

As a Senior Operations Engineer at DEBTVISION, Matthias is responsible for and supports topics in the areas of infrastructure, CI/CD and application operation.
